About writing letters to politicians
Only ever write very short letters to politicians because they are usually very busy people; 30 to 50 word is plenty.  Only write about one issue at a time and be polite but firm.  If you get a ‘nonsense answer’ you should reply immediately and remind them that you are intelligent and want a sensible answer because you and your friends want to know who is worth voting for.

Note: A letter or a fax of 30 to 40 words is worth more than petitions with 1000's of signatures, so do something positive, don't waste time doing petitions.

Current Issues
Click here to learn about the plight of our cassowaries.  Does our Queensland Premier not care about what is happening to our cassowaries as a direct result of the feral pigs?

It appears that the Premier of Queensland would like to see that state’s crops controlled by chemical companies.  Once he allows genetically engineered (GM) crops into Queensland the damage will start and eventually farmers will not own their own crops.  They will however have to buy more chemicals from the company that owns the patents on the plants.  That is what happens when you introduce GM crops.  Go to DNAAlert to learn the frightening truth about GM crops.

Click here to learn about the destructive feral animal lurking in Tasmania.  This feral animal goes by the scientific name Greedybushwacker gunni.

It appears that the Premier of Tasmania goes to bed and cuddles up with this feral animal.  He must enjoy the fleas or why would he do it?

Current Issues
Click here, to learn about the contamination of our crops.  These crops are being hit by pollen that is carrying patented ‘genetically engineered DNA’ which is owned by a chemical company.

This contamination is not happening by accident.  One might ask why our Premier is allowing this to happen; or even our Prime Minister for that matter.
